To search the Internet

  • Press the 'Enter' button.

Comodo Dragon uses the default search engine to search the item that you have entered. You can also use other search engines in your default search engines options to carry out the search.

Other ways to search in Comodo Dragon

You can do a specific website search, search within the page and use the search boxes in History page, Bookmark manager and Download page to find the items.

To search a specific website

  • Start entering the address of the web site that you want to search.

If a web site is present in Dragon's search engine list (dragon://settings/searchEngines), it offers the option to search that site or type the keyword of the search
engine in the address and press the Tab button. For example, if you have given the keyword for yahoo.com as just yahoo. Just enter yahoo in the address bar and press the Tab button. You can see 'Search Yahoo' appear in the address bar. Now enter the search item and press enter. The yahoo search engine will carry out the search for the item instead of the default search engine.

  • Select 'Find'.

Alternatively use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + F keys.

In the top right side of the page, a find bar appears.
