Starting Comodo Unite Application

 

You can access Comodo Unite through the Windows Start Menu, the system tray icon or through the desktop shortcut.


Start Menu

 

After downloading and installing the Comodo Unite application, the setup process creates an entry in the 'Programs' section of the Windows Start Menu. You can start the application by hitting the 'Start' button and navigating to: Start > All Programs > Comodo > Unite > Comodo Unite.

Alternatively, double clicking on the tray icon will also start the Comodo Unite main interface.

 

 

The tray icon is created during the setup process and can be seen in the Windows system tray at the bottom right corner of the screen. Right clicking on the tray icon also allows you quick access to the following:

Control

 

Description

 

Status

 

Allows you to change your online status when you are signed-in. Choices include:

  • Available;

  • Away;

  • Busy;

  • Appear Offline.

 

Sign out

 

Allows you to sign-out from Unite. The status is changed to 'Offline' automatically.

 

Open Unite

 

Opens the application.

 

Exit

 

Closes the application.

You can also start Comodo Unite by double-clicking on the desktop shortcut created during installation:
