SAFE (Risk Services)
SAFE is available in two forms on the Xcitium platform:
- Managed SAFE – the existing service, fully configured and operated on your behalf by Xcitium through the Insight platform.
- Self-Onboarding SAFE – a new option that lets your own admins configure and manage the service directly inside the Xcitium Enterprise platform, without needing Xcitium to do the setup for them.
Self-Onboarding SAFE currently covers two risk services:
- Phishing Simulation
- Cyber Awareness Training
Note: Self-Onboarding SAFE is only available on the Xcitium Enterprise platform for Enterprise business type accounts. It is not available on the Xcitium Essential platform, and it is not available for MSP accounts.
Accessing Risk Services
Risk Services appears as a menu item in the top navigation bar of the Xcitium Enterprise platform. Opening it shows two tabs:
- Phishing Simulation
- Cyber Awareness
Selecting either tab takes you directly to that service's dashboard.
Purchasing a License
If no license has been purchased yet, the Phishing Simulation page shows a Phishing Simulation Status panel with the message “No active training service” and a Purchase Service button.
- Risk Services -> Phishing Simulation -> 'Purchasing Service'
Clicking Purchase Service opens the Buy License window, which is powered by CAM (Xcitium's account/licensing portal). From here you can:
- Sign in with an existing Xcitium account
Purchasing a Phishing Simulation license also provisions the Cyber Awareness Training service — the two are bundled together. Licenses are issued for a one-year term.
