Configure Portal Settings


  • Click 'Settings' > 'Portal Setup' > 'Portal Settings'
  • This section allows you to configure whether 'Contact Information' should be displayed on support page and automated emails.




  • Show "Contact Information" on Support page - While enabling this option, users can see 'Contact Information' section under 'Settings' < 'Support' page
    (default = Enabled)

If contact information on support page is enabled, the Support page would look like this



If contact information on support page is disabled, the Support page would look like this



  • Show "Contact Information" on automated emails - While enabling this option, users can see 'Contact Information' while sending automated emails. 
    (default = Enabled)
