Settings
The 'Settings' option allows you to choose which types of tickets you want to be notified about.
To access the settings screen, click the action menu at top-right then click 'Settings':
The 'Push Notifications' screen will open:
You can choose whether you want to receive notifications about 'Ticket assignment', 'New assigned ticket', 'Reply or response on ticket', 'Ticket close/reopen', 'Ticket overdue/notdue', 'Ticket answered/unanswered' and 'Ticket Update'.
The 'Ticket assignment' notification will be selected by default. Enable 'Send only for my tickets' if you only want to receive notifications about your own tickets.
