Step 1 - Login to the Admin Console
- Login to C1 at https://one.comodo.com/app/login
- Click 'Licensed Applications' > 'Service Desk'
- Service Desk will open
at 'Staff Panel' > 'Open Tickets'
- Click 'Licensed Applications' > 'Service Desk'

Admins
can also setup two-factor authentication of user logins for
additional security. See Set
up Two-Factor Login Authentication for help with this.
