Risk Management Dashboard
The Risk Management Dashboard lists all risk services associated with the account under two headings, and is available whether or not a service has been purchased — services can be purchased directly from here as well:
- Purchased – services currently licensed on the account
- Not Purchased – services still available to add
Each row under Purchased shows:
- Service – the name of the service (e.g. Awareness Training, Phishing Simulation)
- Start Date and End Date – the license term
- Activity – current activity, if any (e.g. which simulation is active)
- Status – e.g. Configuration Needed, shown until initial setup is complete
- Actions – additional options for the service
Renewing a Service
- Risk Management Dashboard -> Actions
When a service's license term ends, its status changes to Expired, with the option to renew. Renewing opens the same CAM purchase flow used for the original purchase — the account holder selects the new term (and can adjust the number of licenses) and completes the purchase. Once renewed, the service's Start Date and End Date on the Risk Management Dashboard update to reflect the new license term.
Reports and configuration from a prior term remain accessible after expiry, even before renewing.
