Customer Management
After the license has been distributed or purchased from WHMCS you can manage all of your customers from their client profile. The following functionality is supported:
- Re-Attempt FTP Provisioning - Allows the cWatch Web Module for WHMCS to restart the process of creating FTP credentials and sending the data to cWatch Web through the API.
- Re-Attempt CDN/DNS Provisioning - Re-attempts the process to update Nameservers automatically to route website traffic through cWatch CDN.
- Update License Key – If license key changes for customer this will update it accordingly for the account.
- Update FTP Credentials – If FTP credentials change this will update credentials to the cWatch Web customer portal.
- Login to cWatch Customer Portal – Allows administrator to login automatically to customer’s cWatch Web through Single Sign On.
- Login to cWatch Partner Portal - Logs administrator directly into their cWatch Web Partner Portal.
