Request a Category Change


 

  • Click 'Configure' > 'Policy' > 'Domain Classification Requests' > 'Request Category Change' to open this dialog.

 


This dialog is where you tell that a domain is in the wrong category and propose the category it should be in.

You enter the domain, pick the category you want it moved to, and submit the request.

Fields

Field Description Default
Enter a domain to learn its category! A text box for the domain the request is about. Its placeholder reads 'example.com'. Empty
Propose a new category A single-select listing the full Secure Internet Gateway category taxonomy. It carries a 'Search...' box so you can filter the list. None

Raise a request

  1. Type the domain into 'Enter a domain to learn its category!'.

  2. Click 'Propose a new category'.

  3. Type in 'Search...' to find the category you want, or scroll the list.

  4. Click the category to select it.

  5. Click 'Submit', the green button on the dialog.
