Recycle Bin

 

The recycle bin allows you to review and optionally restore deleted records back to their original location.




Restore a record

  • Click 'All' > 'Recycle Bin'
  • Select the records you wish to resurrect
  • Click 'Actions' > 'Restore'


  • Click 'Yes' to confirm your restore

 

Delete a record from the recycle bin

  • Click 'All' > 'Recycle Bin'
  • Place your mouse on the record you want to delete then click the trashcan icon on the right
  • Click 'Yes' to confirm your removal


Note:

    • If you delete an organization or contact record then any opportunities/quotes associated with them will also be deleted. You will need to restore both records to rebuild the relationship.
      • If you delete an organization record, any contacts associated with it will not be deleted. However, the contact will be dissociated from the organization.
