Add a New Customer

You can specify name, company, phone, email, billing and shipping addresses in the contact details form for a new customer.

Click '...or add a new customer' to add a company instead.

Add a Customer - Form Parameter
Form element	Description
First Name and Last Name	These fields are available only for person. Enter the first name and last name of the private customer.
Company	Person - Name of the company to which the person belongs. Company - Name of the company
Email	Person - Email address of the individual contact. Company - Email address of the contact person in the company
Customer Info	Add fields to store additional data above the customer. For example, phone number, FAX number, website, Skype ID etc. To add a field Click 'ADD' Choose the field from the drop-down. Enter the detail Click 'ADD' and repeat the process to add more fields To remove a field click 'X' at the right of it
Addresses	Enter the billing and shipment address of the customer. To add an address Click 'ADD' Choose the address type from the drop-down. Enter the address for the chosen address type To add more address types and addresses, click 'ADD' and repeat the process To remove an address click 'X' at the top right of the address

The contact will be now available as a potential quote recipient.
