How to Login to XSEG
You can login into your account at one of the following URLs using any internet browser. Your admin should tell you which one to use:
- USA users - https://us-domeasmsp.cdome.net/user/login.zul
- EU users - https://domeasmsp.cdome.net/user/login.zul
- Login to your account with the username and password that were sent to you via email after your XSEG account was created.
- Click 'Forgotten your password?' if you can’t remember your password. Click here if you want help with the password retrieval process.
After first login, you might be offered the opportunity to stay signed-in if so configured your administrator:
After first login, you might be able to login on subsequent occasions without providing your credentials if so configured your administrator. A message will be shown after logging-in for the first time if this feature is enabled:
- Click
'Yes' to enable the feature.
You can change these settings anytime in 'My Profile' > 'Change settings'. The 'Stay signed in' check-box is only available if your administrator has enabled the option for the domain.
