Sound an Alarm
If your device is misplaced or stolen, you can identify its location and recover it by making it to sound an alarm. The device will also be locked. Once you get the device back, you can unlock it by entering the Antitheft account password.
To make your device to sound an alarm
- Login to the Comodo Antitheft app from another device
- Tap the 'Devices' icon from the home screen and choose the remote device to generate the alarm
- Tap
the 'Alarm' button
from the bottom of the screen.
Your device will connect to the remote device and send the alarm command.
Upon receiving the command the remote device will emit a loud siren at full volume, even if it is in silent mode and will be screen locked
Once you get the device back, you can unlock it by entering your Comodo Antitheft account password.
