Users and Organizations
Tickets can be raised in C1 Mobile by admins, users and staff members. Users and Staff members can be added to an organization to keep track of billing hours. Please note that organizations must be created in advance in C1.
Search Options
- Enter the name or partial name of the user/organization and click the 'Search 'button.
- To clear the results and display all users/organizations, clear the field and click the 'Search' button or simply click the 'Organization' link.
